Gangrel Dam is located in Dhamtari district of Chhattisgarh. The dam has been built across the Mahanadi river and is the longest dam in the state. The Ravi Shankar Sagar lake was created due to the construction of the dam which is now home to a variety of birds. View of sunset across the waters of the reservoir is awe inspiring. You can also visit the Madamsilli Dam and Angar Moti Temple from Gangrel.
